Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for damage to items with pre-existing conditions, defects, or wear
• We are not responsible for items left in pockets
• Our maximum liability for any lost or damaged item shall not exceed 10 times the cleaning cost of that item or the fair market value, whichever is less
• Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery

Unclaimed Items

Items not claimed within 30 days of the scheduled delivery date will be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to donate or dispose of abandoned items.

• Returned checks or declined payments may result in additional fees
